More than ten years ago the new and promising technology of Tissue Engineering started to develop. Meanwhile more and more clinical applications have proven the enormous potential for regenerative medicine.

Based on our experiences in autologous replacements and biological regeneration for different types of cells and tissues, TransTissue Technologies was founded to transfer innovative research and development into medical products for clinical use consistent with good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards.

Major focus of our activities is the engineering of mesenchymal tissues such as bone and cartilage starting from autologous cells as well as differentiation of mesenchymal stem and precursor cells using a broad panel of molecular and cellular techniques.
